Calibration of black carbon meter and other aerosol mass concentration measurement instruments
Project background:
Design a calibration system to calibrate the black carbon meter and other aerosol mass concentration measurement instruments.
Disadvantages of traditional calibration methods:
Traditional aerosol instrument calibration uses: aerosol generator, DMA (Differential mobility analyzer), CPC (Condensation particle counter) system to calibrate aerosol instrument. However, the system needs to be imported, and the price is expensive (~1 million RMB).
EIPROTECH's solution:
We have designed a cost-effective and reliable instrument calibration system. The mass of the aerosol obtained by the weighing is compared and calibrated with the signal generated by the instruments.
