Portable aerosol generator EI-3020

Aerosol generators play a vital role in generating specific aerosols for testing, production, and research. The aerosol generator developed by EIPROTECH can produce polydisperse high-concentration aerosols with a particle size range of 0.01-2μm. Different materials (PSL, DOP, silicone oil, smoke oil, salt, sugar, etc.) can be used to generate aerosols. It generates a polydisperse aerosol by atomizing a solution, and it can also generate a monodisperse aerosol by atomizing suspended monodisperse particles. The particle concentration and size can be changed by adjusting the solution concentration and compressed air pressure (flow rate). The aerosol stream can be dried through a diffusion drying tube.
